Inventya Solutions Ltd has expertise in the areas of internationalisation, business support, project management and delivery and bidding for major contracts from both the public and private sectors. Inventya Solutions Ltd is a subsidiary of Inventya Ltd.

Our team has a wealth of experience across a broad range of areas including; project design and management, business strategy and planning and sales and marketing. In addition, we can draw on a large team of approved experts, who are able to meet our high standards of delivery and support across the key areas required by SME’s to be successful. We are completely client focussed.

In 2016, we successfully developed and secured the LCR Future Energy project. This £3.7 m project is designed to help SMEs to grow by either entering the renewable energy supply chain or growing within the chain. The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, the public and private sectors.

Gyron LLP is a dynamic partnership of people with a shared passion for helping businesses to maximise their share of the global market for low carbon, renewable energy and environmental products and services. Meet the Inventya Solutions team

Aldo De Leonibus Interim Programme Manager

Aldo is an experienced business innovation consultant, expert in evaluating new business concepts and new product and service development. He holds MEng and Masters of Enterprise (MEnt) degrees. Aldo is fluent in English, Italian, and French.

Philip Southward Project Director

Philip has led the successful delivery of several strategic technical projects, many involving Government and European Funding. In his early career he worked within the private sector, delivering innovation and technology transfer based consultancy services. In the latter part of his career, Philip has exclusively worked within the public sector, leading the successful delivery of regeneration and international trade and investment focused projects. Philip holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is an experienced Project Director.

Eve Money Business Advisor

Eve is an a fully accredited business advisor with over 10 years’ experience working with SMEs. As well as having a vast amount of project management experience gained through working on publicly funded Economic Regeneration programmes.

Susie Goddard Low Carbon Business Advisor

Susie has over 13 years experience in environmental and energy consultancy. She is a Chartered Environmentalist and has worked with a wide range of UK and international clients in the public and private sectors. She has a particular interest in helping clients to achieve their potential through a sound understanding of the current and future trends within the low carbon industry.

Meet the Liverpool JMU Team

Andrew Ross Professor in Project Management

Prof Andrew Ross is the subject leader for surveying at Liverpool John Moores University; He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying, an MSc in Information technology in property and construction and a PhD in Construction economics. He is a fellow of the higher education academy. Andrew has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and he has presented his research at a wide range of national and international conferences. He also teaches on the MSc Construction Project Management and MSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management in the School of the Built Environment.
